She was inspired to try coding to better her situation. "I had a really horrible job in retail which paid so badly I could not support myself, I had to live with my parents again in order to get by. The work was very boring with no chance of promotion or advancement and quite often clients would be very disrespectful and rude.I knew I had to work towards something better for myself."

"I love the fact that I will never be bored in this industry. There is so much to learn and so many different aspects to development, I will always be able to grow and advance. I also love the fact that my skills have the potential to make an impact on other peoples lives, whether it's in the form of volunteering and teaching, or creating an app that solves a real world problem."

Favourite quote: " Watch your thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.” ~ Unknown"
